Energy Concepts, Inc. has designed fundamental technology programs as a part of their TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION SERIES. Programs are completely self-contained and designed to stimulate student interest and maintain their attention as program activities are completed. The instructional design of each program releases teachers from traditional roles of content/subject specialist to Technology Education Facilitators.

Activities included in each program were selected and designed to ensure that student exposure to the Technology Education Series would be directly related to "real world" applications of technologies that affect their daily lives.

The traditional Energy Concepts' philosophy of providing high quality, durable, functional and self-contained instructional packages mandates the inclusion of Student Lab Manuals, Instructor Guide, Lab Equipment, Activity Components, Necessary Accessories and Computer Aided Instruction software.

All CAI software in the Technology Education Series share the same operating terminology and lesson structure. This allows students, who have completed one CAI supplemented program, to progress on to another without spending time to familiarize themselves with a an entirely new set of features and procedures. Outstanding features of ECI's software consists of animation to enhance real-life applications, guided interactivity, icon and mouse driven operation, immediate feedback of student performance/progress and automated grading.
