Industrial Controls Training Package
Our Industrial Controls
Training System has been designed to provide students with a "real-world"
program of instruction. Great care has been taken to ensure that this system
includes real industrial components with interchangeable modules, the best and
latest control devices and relevant circuit technology.
| The Industrial
Controls Training System includes other significant features that attest
to its standard of high quality. It's 3-Phase Security Power Supply
is completely enclosed, key-locked and mounts directly
to the training panel. For extra safety measures the supply also
utilizes an instructor only key start switch. All three phases
are protected and a lighted "Mushroom" emergency
disconnect button is mounted on the front cover. The 3-Phase Motor
is separately mounted on its own portable board. An Optional 3-Phase
Motor with Brake Assembly that is factory assembled and pre-mounted
on a module board may be ordered to add extra capabilities and real
world applications to the program. The Large Training Panel is a
non-conductive 48" x 36" surface with permanently mounted
studs that allows fast wing nut mounting of modules for complex
industrial control layouts. Its flexibility is evident by the different
panel mounting options. It may be directly mounted to a wall, attached
to a roll-around storage cabinet base or on an adjustable rail system
with a 48" x 20" maple bench work surface. |
