Precision Pneumatic Vise makes it possible to load and unload parts from your CNC machine using a robot. Pneumatic powered vise pushes from the corners of the part to make it easy to square up your part in the same location every time. Easy to trigger from the digital output ports on any of our robots.

Includes a 110vac pnuematic air valve. Requires 60psi of air pressure.

Linear conveyor with high resolution optical encoder and servo motor drive. Conveyor is normally connected directly to servo port 7 or 8 on our robot controllers. Otherwise, it can be powered from an optional 24vdc supply. Available with our without the proximity sensor.

• Metal base, heavy duty PVC belt
• Dimensions: L=805 mm, W=100 mm, H=100 mm (L=31.7", W=4", H=4")
• Belt width: 90 mm (3.5")
• Adjustable side supports enable tilting of conveyor up to 5° angle
• Predrilled holes enable sensor attachment to conveyor, and conveyor attachment to workbench
